Revisions

  1. Initial Revisions: We offer up to two revisions free of charge to ensure your satisfaction.
  2. Additional Revisions: Additional revisions beyond the initial two may incur extra costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Project Cancellation

  1. Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project before completion, please notify us immediately. A partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  2. Agency-Initiated Cancellation: If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the progress made.
